Aramco is seeking a Senior Planning & Performance Management Advisor to join our Sales & Supply Planning & Performance Management Division of Downstream Finance organization.
The Sales & Supply Planning & Performance Management Division is responsible for reviewing, analysing and consolidating reports such as Business Plan, Accountability, Quarterly Business Reviews and other ad-hoc reports required by management.
As the successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:
Act as a strategic business partner, driving end-to-end process improvement, cost optimisation initiatives, and commercial value creation across organisations.
Serve as a trusted advisor in financial matters to enable informed decision-making.
Lead high-impact research and special studies to address evolving business challenges, support executive priorities, and strategic direction.
Plan and execute planning and performance management analytical activities under the general supervision of higher-level P&PM Staff.
Work with different levels of staff in the collection, analysis and consolidation of data required for business plan, accountability reports, quarterly business reviews, management information system (MIS) and other ad-hoc reports needed by higher management.
Provide supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accountancy or Finance) from a recognised university and approved program, or a related discipline.
Nine years of relevant experience in planning & performance management within the oil and gas sector.
Proven ability to handle complex problems in a rigorous, analytical fashion.
Excellent command of oral and written English, with demonstrated capability of producing top-quality written reports and presentations to management.
Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
