Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Rainbow City, AL.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with physical therapy treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Implement physical therapy interventions, such as exercises, modalities, and activities
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in physical therapy or related field preferred
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Alabama
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
