Portfolio Strategy & Positioning

The Head of Portfolio Strategy & Positioning is responsible for defining and driving the portfolio strategy and overarching positioning for the Glyphosate franchise and its related assets.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Defining and driving the portfolio strategy for Glyphosate and related assets
• Shaping the long-term strategic direction of the business
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, optimize, and strengthen the portfolio
• Translating market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into clear portfolio priorities
• Acting as a central integrator across key functions
• Defining and governing the positioning of the Glyphosate franchise
• Establishing guidelines for portfolio positioning, brand architecture, and messaging
• Supporting the definition of innovation priorities and pipeline direction
• Driving alignment across regions and functions
• Monitoring portfolio performance and external developments

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Agronomy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, and demonstrated experience in portfolio management, product positioning, or brand strategy.

We offer a salary between $170,560.00 - $255,840.00 per year, plus additional compensation and benefits.
