Packaging Operator I

As a Packaging Operator I at Lamb Weston, you will be responsible for operating, controlling, and adjusting machines on the packaging department. You will also perform quality control tasks, cleaning duties, and minor maintenance.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring the packaging process
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal results
• Identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative
• Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure food safety
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and assisting the technical department
• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to work hard
• Have a minimum of MBO-2 level education or be willing to pursue it
• Possess relevant skills and experience, but motivation and dedication are highly valued
