We are seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join our core engineering team. As a senior full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving the payment and clearing settlement platform. You will work on a high-impact project that requires end-to-end technical delivery and system optimization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and high-quality, user-centered frontend applications.
• Architecting and optimizing key modules such as payment, clearing, and settlement, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and system stability and reliability.
• Participating in Android application development to ensure business logic consistency and reusability between web and mobile endpoints.
• Writing clear, maintainable, and high-quality code, actively participating in code reviews, and continuously improving team engineering standards and best practices.
• Applying AI-driven development concepts and practices, leveraging front-end AI tools to build prototypes, accelerate development workflows, and rapidly achieve production-level deployment.
• Identifying and resolving complex technical issues, particularly in high-concurrency scenarios and financial-grade security requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong self-motivation, ability to independently handle core modules, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Proficiency in Kotlin (our core technology stack), with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with React.js or Vue.js, with a strong background in building complex web applications.
• Familiarity with Android development or a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, or Antigravity.
• Background in fintech, payment gateways, or e-commerce clearing settlement systems, with a deep understanding of data consistency and financial-grade security mechanisms.
