Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Mission Systems Division develops, produces, and deploys sensor systems and other mission-enabling payloads operating across the electro-magnetic spectrum.

As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will bridge the gap between Business Development pipeline modeling/management and post-sale execution of units delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Model sales pipeline velocity and build predictive forecasts that map long-term sustainment logistics for the total deployed unit footprint
  • Track the nuances of the Salesforce pipeline end-to-end, ensuring data integrity and providing leadership with clear, predictive program health insights
  • Lead the cross-functional coordination cadence across Business Development, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations to streamline post-sale handoffs and eliminate execution bottlenecks
  • Own Salesforce hygiene and map pipeline data to delivery tools so that sales commitments are directly traceable to production and field execution milestones
  • Translate complex operational and pipeline data into executive-quality strategic narratives that inform senior leadership decision-making
  • Develop and maintain integrated planning/staffing tools that connect company-wide systems and provide real-time visibility into program health
  • Identify and resolve disconnects between sales commitments and field execution before they threaten revenue targets or operational timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Consulting , ideally in a hardware-focused, high-growth environment
  • You're a systems thinker who sees the connections between an engineering release, a long-lead procurement, a production schedule, and a field delivery date , and you manage the dependencies across all of them
  • You're highly autonomous , you don't wait to be told what's broken; you find the constraint, build the fix, and brief leadership on the outcome
  • You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model complex production and supply chain data sets and translate them into actionable plans and forecasts
  • You're comfortable operating across organizational boundaries, driving alignment between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams that don't naturally talk to each other
  • You have strong written and verbal communication, with the polish to present to senior executives and the directness to drive accountability on the factory floor
  • You're both high ownership and low ego , you'll build a capacity model in the morning and chase down a missing shipment from a supplier in the afternoon

Benefits:

  • Highly competitive equity grants
  • Top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including comprehensive, competitive benefits package
