Event Vehicle Coordinator (Freelancer), Field Marketing

We are seeking an Event Vehicle Coordinator (Freelancer) to join our Field Marketing team in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

As a Red Bull Brand ambassador, you will be responsible for planning and executing the schedule for the Red Bull Event Vehicle (EV), a core marketing asset in our grassroots, field marketing initiatives. Your duties will include:

• Keeping the event vehicle in top operational performance, ensuring it upholds Red Bull's premium appearance
• Implementing a regional marketing and sales plan around the event vehicle
• Building and maintaining a strong network in key playgrounds across Sport and Culture within the region to leverage for EV programming
• Overseeing vehicle operations, including A/V set-up and tear down
• Ensuring sufficient cold product is on-hand in the vehicle and tracking product seeding
• Creating and updating event vehicle music and video content library
• Obtaining necessary permits for EV programming
• Managing travel and entertainment budgets, as well as activation budgets

You will report directly to the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and dotted line report into the National Event Manager (NEM).

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
• Proven background in negotiation, partnerships, and budget management
• Excellent understanding of sports and culture landscape within the region
• General knowledge and comfort using and capturing low-fi content on Instagram and TikTok
• Current iOS or Android device in good working condition
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
• Comfortable and adept at driving in on and off-road situations
• Sociable and outgoing with excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills
• Strong leadership, initiative, and communications skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Comfortable with substantial road travel (70-80%)

What we offer:

• Rate of $20/hr - $22/hr
• Temporary contract position
