We are seeking an experienced Regional Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our regional strategy, corporate development and product team, you will be responsible for developing and refining our regional corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with global direction, market-specific requirements and overarching industry developments.
Your key responsibilities will include steering key strategic planning processes, including annual business plan, target setting and preparation for senior governance meetings, leading the regional product portfolio including pricing, ensuring competitive and market-appropriate positioning and solutions, managing product-related timelines and information flows, and coordinating the regional strategic project portfolio.
You will also drive organisational development and optimisation initiatives, promoting operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration, and lead and develop the regional strategy, corporate development and product team, fostering collaboration, professional growth and a high-performance culture.
To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification, 7-10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, Marketing or Business Development, including at least 3 years in the premium automotive sector, demonstrated leadership capability in a dynamic and complex business setting, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and business environments, fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Previous professional experience in a multi-cultural environment is preferred.
