Description
You will be responsible for the collection, preparation, and reporting of statistical data, including technical support for tools and/or other analytic processes used for specified lines of insurance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and organizing statistical data for internal and/or external reporting purposes
- Developing and preparing reports using data from various sources of information
- Evaluating information being reported for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
- Maintaining and providing support for existing tools and applications used in the analyses of information
- Communicating with actuaries, accountants, product managers, and I/T staff regarding data requirements and/or business requirements involving new reports or applications
- Maintaining and updating information necessary for data dictionary and other metadata requirements
- Promoting safety at all times and complying with safety/ergonomic standards
The role requires advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and critical thinking, as well as intermediate skills in PowerBI and entry-level skills in Agile.
