Description

As a Finance Ford Champ, you will provide support on key processes and analyses related to automotive industry pricing and variable marketing. You will collaborate with peers to comply with company policies and department objectives.

We are looking for an undergraduate student passionate about the automotive/mobility industry; interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and in developing their career in a blue-chip car company; and able to deliver results with excellence and integrity under a significantly challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis of ad-hoc Variable Marketing Enhancements, both linear and non-linear
  • Aid in the analysis of brand-level price/variable marketing changes within the automotive industry
  • Aid in the review and/or completion of retail or fleets incentive payments or programs
  • Assist team members in solving complex business issues or completing administrative tasks
  • Pursue process improvements to improve productivity and to avoid non-value-added activities
  • Maintain operational controls to ensure compliance of standard company guidelines and policies

Qualifications:

  • Active student from any of the last 2 semesters (min. score of 8.5) in Finance, Actuarial Sc., Accounting, or related field; to be completed in May 2025
  • Available to start the 12-month part-time program in July 2024 in a hybrid work model, typically between 9 am and 1pm Monday through Friday
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced user-level Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Solid senses of accountability and proactiveness
  • Positive attitude and result-oriented resourcefulness
