Senior Full Stack Engineer

We seek an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Early Bets initiatives team at EarnIn. The ideal candidate will have experience building 0-to-1 products end-to-end and demonstrates a strong ability to design and implement scalable architectures across the full stack.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000 – $257,000 plus equity and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Design to define, build, and evolve user experiences across the full stack using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Own and evolve both frontend and backend architecture to ensure scalability, performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Design and build robust backend services and APIs in Python with Django.
• Establish and uphold full-stack engineering standards.
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives.
• Proactively identify technical risks and opportunities.
• Mentor and guide engineers.
• Design and implement robust unit, integration, and end-to-end automation tests.
• Define and monitor full-stack metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend development.
• Proficiency in backend development using Python and Django.
• Strong experience with frontend architecture.
• Experience designing and operating backend systems at scale.
• Experience building and operating production applications.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
