Description
We're looking for a talented Processing Operator I to join our team at our Oosterbierum plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our processing equipment to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to troubleshoot issues quickly. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining processing equipment to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely
- Troubleshooting issues with equipment and working with the maintenance team to resolve problems
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals
- Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (mechanical, manufacturing, or production)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in training and development programs
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a food processing or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
