Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product requirements for The Sims, aligning business goals with creative vision to improve player engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with production engineering, design, art, and marketing teams to launch new gameplay features, ensuring measurable player impact.
  • Use data and player insights to refine our roadmap, presenting actionable strategies to partners and guiding decisions across multiple teams.
  • Promote a culture where decisions are guided by data, measurable outcomes, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in gaming or interactive entertainment, including previous experience launching and optimizing gameplay features for a large title.
  • Experience leading roadmap planning and feature prioritization for large, distributed teams, bridging creative development and audience insights.
  • Analytical background; Experience turning data into actionable insights
  • MBA, business, or software engineering background
  • Deep passion for games, with enthusiasm for Life Simulation and The Sims, and commitment to improving player experience for millions worldwide.
