FBS - Marketing Consultant II

Farmers Insurance is seeking a Marketing Consultant II to join the Affiliate Marketing Team. The team focuses on driving scalable customer acquisition through strategic partnerships with third-party publishers.

As a Marketing Consultant II, you will support performance analysis, campaign optimization, and partner engagement while contributing to the growth and effectiveness of a performance-based marketing model.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze affiliate partner performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Validate performance results and ensure compliance with program standards
• Support campaign optimization through data analysis and testing
• Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners
• Contribute to campaign planning and execution
• Create and analyze marketing content to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Support business-to-business marketing initiatives
• Manage timelines and deliverables for marketing initiatives
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to refine strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve tracking, reporting, and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with agency partners, publishers, or third-party marketing platforms is a plus
• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
• Power BI (Entry Level)
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing decisions
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
