Product Lead, EMEA Payments

The team partners with some of the most strategic payment method providers across EMEA, including global leaders in Buy Now Pay Later, FX, bank transfers, and digital wallets, to help businesses accelerate growth and unlock meaningful revenue uplift.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year vision for EMEA Payments that anticipates future merchant and ecosystem scale and complexity
• Lead Engineering and Design through every phase of the product lifecycle, from 0-to-1 development to General Availability
• Enforce rigorous standards for product quality, API design, and system reliability, building trust with our largest enterprise users
• Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to pitch the product, win key deals, and translate user feedback into roadmap priorities
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the EMEA payment landscape, managing relationships with partners and ecosystem vendors
• Drive cross-functional alignment with teams like Billing, Connect, and Checkout to deliver a cohesive platform experience
• Mentor or manage emerging PM talent within the domain

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related product role
• A track record of shipping technical B2B2C products at a high velocity
• An obsession with product quality in all its forms,from API design to dashboard UX and documentation
• Existing knowledge of the payments landscape or a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for articulating user problems precisely
• An ownership mindset,you are willing to do whatever it takes to solve problems and delight users
• Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
