Supply Chain Network Design & Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a Supply Chain Network Design & Strategy Analyst to play a key role in strengthening Red Bull's global supply chain. As a Supply Chain Network Design & Strategy Analyst, you will drive advanced network design and in-depth supply chain analyses to inform long-term strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Network Design: Contribute to the continuous execution and enhancement of Red Bull's established network design process and tools. Run complex network simulations for Beverage and VISIT products, combining quantitative model outputs with qualitative business factors to derive robust optimization recommendations.
• Supply Chain Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of end-to-end supply chain data to identify structural improvement opportunities across availability, cost, and resilience.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Data Science, and IT. Work closely with subject-matter experts to validate assumptions, ensure feasibility, and support the successful implementation of network recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar supply chain role, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment
• University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management/Research, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with network design tools, data modelling and/or advanced analytics
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights
• Experience in data mining, processing large datasets, and developing data-driven recommendations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Fluent in English; German skills are a strong advantage

Salary: The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is EUR 2,362 gross per month.
