Description
We are seeking a Product Program Manager to join our Roadmap Planning & Program Management team at Airbnb. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering the company's priority products, providing executives with visibility and input to guide bi-annual releases.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or business operations, with a strong product and/or technology background. They will be able to drive impact on the company roadmap, scale product-focused program management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with engineering, product marketing, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality software product programs on schedule
- Understanding dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver high-quality offerings at scale
- Developing program plans that are unique to each initiative and require strategic thinking
- Operating at a variety of altitudes by tailoring communication style and approach
- Anticipating upcoming risks and issues and developing risk mitigation strategies proactively
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000-$222,000 USD, as well as bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
