HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support our HR team in Berlin. As an HR Specialist, you will handle day-to-day tasks, manage guidelines, processes, and programs, and create contracts. You will work closely with operational teams and serve as the primary contact for HR-related issues for employees and management.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with employees and management on personnel-related matters, considering labour and social insurance law
• Process-oriented work and assistance in daily business as part of the transversal HR service team (creation of employment contracts and certificates, accompaniment of on- and offboarding processes, issuance of certificates, etc.)
• Support and advise employees and management along the employee life cycle
• Contribute to preparatory payroll processing
• Actively contribute to the further digitalisation of HR work and support the development of digital HR processes

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training (ideally with HR focus) or business-oriented degree (BWL, business psychology, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources
• Knowledge of German labour law and social insurance law as well as experience in preparatory payroll processing
• Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• High problem-solving competence combined with pronounced service orientation and secure handling of numbers and data
