Description
As a Principal UX Designer, Engagement, you will be a trusted part of design leadership, advising Director+ level stakeholders. You will own work at the program level and be a significant contributor to the creation, implementation, and successful delivery of design solutions for significantly complex problems that are focused on Viewer Engagement.
This includes defining the strategy for features that increase the frequency of user engagement and build more durable relationships between creators and their communities. You will drive cross-organizational design strategies and set the standard for design excellence across multiple products.
You will actively develop and mentor other designers. Designers at Twitch are involved in development from project conception all the way through execution and iteration. You will have the opportunity to do hands-on research and collaborate closely with engineers.
