Description
We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for delivering accurate demand forecasts for the North American markets to ensure optimal product availability and efficient supply chain operations. You will analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans to improve forecast accuracy. You will also host consensus meetings monthly to align commercial input such as promotional and seasonal factors as well as new listings and new product introductions.
In addition to demand forecasting and analysis, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate business insights into demand planning. You will lead the monthly demand review meetings as part of the market commercial review within the company's S&OP/IBP process. You will work closely with central logistics, planning and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth E-2-E supply chain operations towards markets.

The salary for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Our good faith estimate for base salary is $100,000.
