Mgr, Workplace Solutions (In Ofc/GPC Full-Time)

We are seeking a Workplace Solutions Manager to lead our Workplace Solutions team, overseeing multiple functional areas focused on enhancing the employee experience across our corporate headquarters and statewide locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable, efficient business solutions that meet the company's evolving needs while upholding compliance, financial stewardship, and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Lead strategic vendor relationships to align customer needs with business goals. Provide contract oversight, pursue standardisation and optimisation, explore shared services, and foster supplier diversity.
• Conference Services: Oversee all collaboration spaces and support services at the GPC corporate office.
• Organisational Communications: Partner across the Facilities organisation to develop and deliver clear, timely communications that inform stakeholders about new programs, changes, and services.
• Business Solutions: Manage the team responsible for validating, reconciling, and processing transactional activities for GPC, SCS, and GAS.
• Facilities Management Support: Streamline statewide business services through strategic planning, service modelling, and best practices.
• Waste Management: Serve as the primary Georgia Power stakeholder for the One/SCM Category Waste Management initiative.
• Childcare Services: Serve as the primary liaison between Southern Company and the designated Bright Horizons childcare centres.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
• Background in leading large-scale, multi-location initiatives preferred.
