Our Client, a leading US insurer, seeks an experienced FBS Testing Supervisor to lead daily operations of asset management, testing, and depot teams. The successful candidate will ensure IT assets are properly tracked, tested, deployed, recovered, and disposed of throughout their lifecycle.
Job Summary The Asset Management & Testing Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the asset management, testing, and depot teams. This role ensures IT assets are properly tracked, tested, deployed, recovered, and disposed of throughout their lifecycle while maintaining high service quality, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the testing and depot operations team.
- Ensure all devices and peripherals are properly tested, validated, and approved for deployment.
- Oversee functional testing of laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support and guide technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and peripheral issues.
- Establish and maintain testing procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and service levels to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Manage escalations and provide technical leadership for challenging cases.
- Analyze testing results, identify recurring issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Asset Management and Logistics teams to support inventory accuracy and asset readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and process automation.
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and audit-ready records.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve hardware quality issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and operational standards.
