Packaging Operator

We are seeking a Packaging Operator to join our team at our Kruiningen facility.

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating, controlling, and adjusting the machines on the packaging department. You will also perform control tasks, cleaning tasks, and troubleshoot minor issues. You will report to the Supervisor and work in a 5-shift system, including weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and control the packaging process
• Work with colleagues from other departments to achieve optimal results
• Identify areas for improvement and take initiative
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure food safety
• Perform minor maintenance on machines and assist the technical department as needed
• Clean and maintain the department

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic
• Minimum MBO-2 level education or willing to obtain
• Relevant experience and training are important, but motivation and commitment are valued more
