We are looking for an Anwendungstechniker International Sales - Performance Greases (m/w/d) to join our team.

As an Anwendungstechniker International Sales - Performance Greases (m/w/d), you will be responsible for advising our international customers on application-related questions regarding grease and developing solutions for demanding operating conditions. You will combine technical expertise with sales thinking: analyzing and qualifying customer requirements, creating the technical basis for tailored offers, and laying the foundation for sales success.

Your tasks will include:

• Advising international customers on application-related questions regarding grease and developing solutions for demanding operating conditions
• Combining technical expertise with sales thinking: analyzing and qualifying customer requirements, creating the technical basis for tailored offers, and laying the foundation for sales success
• Serving as a central interface between international customers, sales, product management, and production, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and solution-oriented exchange of information
• Accompanying customer-specific development projects in the area of grease with international customers throughout the entire project cycle - from requirement analysis to successful implementation
• Developing customized technical solutions for complex customer requirements and steering resulting grease projects in an international environment
• Creating and being responsible for technical product documentation and sharing your expertise in practical product training for internal teams and external partners and customers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field - or a solid technical education (e.g., Master/Technician)
• Several years of professional experience and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Experience in the lubricant, storage, or construction machinery/mining industries would be an asset
• Ability to work safely in an international environment, effectively in intercultural teams and projects, and with a strong willingness to regular international business trips
• Technical understanding combined with entrepreneurial thinking and a keen sense of customer requirements
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical contentCompetition:
