Multi-Site Business Manager

As a Multi-Site Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sell-out growth, team performance, and execution excellence across multiple airport locations. You will act as the commercial and operational leader for your portfolio of doors, ensuring Charlotte Tilbury delivers best-in-class retail execution, strong retailer partnerships, and consistent commercial results.

Key responsibilities include:

• People management: setting up team members for success, building a true Tilbury community, and managing conflicts.
• Commercial accountabilities: driving business KPI performance, building brand awareness, and delivering a compelling eventing strategy.
• Operational accountabilities: working with host store partners, managing stock levels, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a naturally creative approach, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong emotional intelligence. They will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with their team and stakeholders, and be confident in their leadership abilities.
