As an Onboarding Specialist (Intern), you will design and manage the onboarding journey, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the onboarding journey
• Develop, implement and improve onboarding programs across the organization
• Drive Employee Experience, ensuring joining Mistral is a pleasure
• Measure onboarding effectiveness through key metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, and Workplace
• Build scalable processes, optimizing onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering end-to-end onboarding programs
• Proven ability to develop and implement programs that align with business goals and drive results
• Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll
