Description
You will help build and improve data-driven systems that support complex networking verification and optimize advanced protocol algorithms for NVIDIA's Data Center environments. Collaborate with architects, developers, and network engineers across software, networking, and infrastructure layers to achieve outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:
Building, implementing, and optimizing database architectures and data pipelines Developing backend services that efficiently interact with external data systems Improving performance, scalability, and reliability of data storage and retrieval systems Troubleshooting complex issues in distributed data environments Contributing to system observability, monitoring, and automation
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on databases Strong experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.) Understanding of data modeling, indexing, and query optimization Experience working with decentralized systems and extensive data frameworks Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages Experience working in Linux environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications include experience with networking concepts and protocols, hands-on experience with distributed databases or systems managing substantial volumes of data, familiarity with data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka), and experience with cloud-native data platforms and containerized environments.
