Description

As a Marketing Programs and Analytics Intern at Cloudflare, you will gain hands-on experience contributing to the efforts of the Marketing team in making an impact.

The Americas Marketing Programs & Platforms team drives B2B pipeline through field events, webinars, and campaigns across the region. As a Marketing Programs & Analytics intern, you'll work directly with the team to build automated reporting, develop internal tools, analyze performance data, and support live event and webinar execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with team members to identify process gaps and help build or improve systems that make the team more efficient.
  • Document the tools and processes you build so they can be maintained and scaled beyond the internship.
  • Projects may include:
  • Building and automating an event performance reporting process that aggregates data from historical sponsored events to support future marketing investment decisions and enable ongoing real-time reporting.
  • Developing an internal speaker management tool to track speaker availability, topics of expertise, location, and usage history across in-person events and webinars.
  • Supporting planning and logistics execution for field events and webinars running during the fall term.
  • Analyzing event and campaign performance data to surface trends, identify high-performing programs, and produce actionable recommendations for future investment.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in academic or professional work.
  • Proven ability to build tools, dashboards, or automated workflows to solve real-world problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in spreadsheets, BI tools, or data visualization platforms.
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available for the full 12-week fall internship (September 28 – December 18, 2026) and able to work from the Austin, TX office 3–5 days per week.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in event marketing, field marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
