Logitech is looking for a high-potential Management Trainee to join our Taiwan team. This program is designed as a career accelerator for future commercial leaders who are passionate about driving business growth and winning in the market.
As a Management Trainee, you will be part of our Sales organization with real business exposure. Upon successful completion of the program and performance evaluation, you will transition into a permanent role within our Sales team.
To build strong commercial acumen and end-to-end retail understanding, you will rotate across key sales functions:
- Online Sales (E-commerce platforms & marketplaces)
- Offline Sales (Key Accounts & Retail partners)
- Retail Marketing & Channel Operations
You will gain hands-on experience across Logitech's full retail ecosystem, from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotational assignments across Online, Offline, and Retail Marketing functions
- Support retail campaign planning and promotional execution across Logitech channels and retail partners
- Assist in tracking retail performance and identifying opportunities to enhance sales and customer experience
- Support product launch readiness, campaign coordination, and in-store or online visibility initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth retail execution across channels
- Contribute to business reviews and retail planning discussions
- Support internal projects aimed at improving retail operations and customer engagement
Your Strategic Contribution (Sales Focus):
- Channel Development & Sales Execution:
Support key account management and platform operations (e.g., Shopee, momo, retail partners) Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and key retail events Drive in-store and online visibility to maximize conversion and sales performance
- Retail Excellence & Go-to-Market:
Support product launches (NPI) across channels with strong execution discipline Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from marketing to retail Strengthen “last-mile” execution at both online and offline touchpoints
- Business Analysis & Growth Opportunities:
Track sales performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities Support business reviews, forecasting, and channel planning Contribute to initiatives that improve attach rate, upsell, and overall retail productivity
Who We Are Looking For:
- Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome) Internship or relevant experience in sales, retail, e-commerce, or related fields is a plus Professional fluency in English and Traditional Chinese
