Regional On Premise Manager Prairies - Calgary

The Regional On Premise Manager (ROPM) is responsible for the On Premise development of the Red Bull brand in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

The ROPM will lead a team of four On Premise Managers (Musketeers/Scouts) and manage resources to achieve Business Plan objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture
• Monitor image standards within the Musketeer team
• Manage territory and team to drive growth
• Search for new business opportunities and optimize route planning
• Engage with customers to build relationships
• Develop and implement incentives and activities for key customers
• Allocate resources to achieve growth and profitability

Team functions and day-to-day responsibilities:

• Plan and develop regional business plans
• Ensure strategies align with national priorities
• Communicate strategies to the team
• Conduct training sessions
• Coach and train Musketeers
• Spend a minimum of three days per week in the field
• Develop individual Musketeer targets
• Seek out and engage potential candidates

Requirements:

• Strong On Premise industry knowledge and experience
• Minimum three years sales experience
• Minimum two years management experience
• Analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and coaching skills in English and French
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills an asset
• Valid driver's license

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Travel:

• 40-50% travel required

Salary:

• Expected annual base salary range: $103,700 to $105,200
