Red Bull Student Marketeer

We are looking for a motivated and charismatic Student Marketeer to join our team in Bielefeld, Germany. As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products on your university campus.

Your main tasks will include:

• Representing the Red Bull brand through daily interactions with consumers and customers
• Expanding our customer base by offering our products and increasing brand awareness
• Developing and implementing a tailored campus plan to engage students and make the brand more visible
• Building a strong network and relationships with key personalities in the region
• Promoting brand loyalty through authentic content on social media
• Collaborating with the sales team to create new distribution points and ensure in-store standards are met

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be a registered student at a university or college
• Have excellent communication skills in German and English
• Possess a charismatic, dynamic, positive, and open personality
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
• Have a deep understanding of university life and the local area
• Be creative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated
• Be able to balance part-time work with studies and be available occasionally on weekends and evenings
• Have a strong interest in marketing, sales, and negotiation
• Be well-connected with influential groups and individuals on campus
• Be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand and products
• Hold a valid driver's license
