Description
In this supervisory leadership role, you will oversee an hourly team that produces manufactured products, ensuring quality and daily productivity requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include supervising, evaluating, and empowering your team, driving personal and team goals, and building strong interpersonal relationships with team members, union, and management teams.
You will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. You will also be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations, communicate effectively with team members and leaders, and create a culture of safety and implement workplace policies.
