Business Manager, Charlotte Tilbury - Flannels, Leicester Fosse Park

We are seeking a Business Manager to lead our Charlotte Tilbury counter at Flannels, Leicester Fosse Park.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand, exceeding KPI's, and inspiring your team to deliver and be the best they can be.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and driving a magical customer experience through building genuine emotional connections, expert artistry, and a passion for exceptional products
• Being a customer experience pioneer, with a focus on making customers Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors
• Coaching and mentoring your team to be the best they can be, through on-the-job training, coaching, and ongoing support
• Collaborating and innovating cross-functionally in retail and head office

Requirements:

• Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower your team
• Highly organised and able to problem-solve, think on your feet, and adapt your style
