At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business from institutional clients active in the digital asset industry.
You will serve as a subject matter expert for the Global Markets suite of products, providing high touch service and support to our high value institutional clients across multiple segments, including protocols, venture capital, and hedge funds. You are detail oriented, empathetic, problem solver with a bias for action.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive incremental trading volume market share gains for the Global Markets business for crypto native firms such as protocols, VC's and other buy side firms.
- Be the first point of contact for all things global markets to multiple client segments. You will solve their needs quickly by leveraging your internal relationships.
- Establish sales methodologies and sales operational processes to improve offensive go-to-market posture.
Additional responsibilities include helping inform the targeted go to market strategy, leading client or product specific campaigns or projects, and acting as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales
- A minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance
- A strong network of institutional clients (all types) and peers active in digital assets industry
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Excellent communication skills, relationship management, and sales acumen
