Description
As a People & Culture (P&C) Intern based in Singapore, you will support strategic projects and initiatives focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Commercial Organization (GCO) People & Culture team.
You will work closely with the P&C Organizational Business Partner team, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and strategic programs, providing a strong foundation for a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
P&C Support – Global Commercial Organization (based in Singapore):
- Provide direct support to the P&C Organizational Business Partner team.
- Assist with P&C initiatives and key projects that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of team deliverables.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in the design and rollout of employee engagement strategies.
- Help analyze engagement feedback and propose actionable improvements to enhance morale and culture.
Strategic P&C Projects:
- Contribute to high-impact projects such as the GCO Global Developing Professionals Program and other talent development initiatives.
- Support data gathering and analysis to inform decision-making and measure project success.
P&C Technology & Innovation:
- Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and platforms to support digital transformation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Support the execution of DEI initiatives across the organization.
- Help design and implement campaigns, workshops, or resources to promote inclusion and cultural awareness.
Key Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Internship Requirements:
- Commitment: Full-time internship requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Duration: 12 months, with a flexible schedule: 2–3 days per week during academic terms, 5 days per week during semester breaks.
