AI Voice Agent Developer

Design and implement AI voice agent capabilities, including conversational logic and backend integrations. Drive integration across Cisco, GECX, and AI components to enable seamless voice interactions. Build and maintain Node.js APIs and real-time workflows. Implement dialog flows with session/state management and observability. Collaborate with architects and teams on implementation design. Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Node.js backend development (APIs, microservices)
• System integration across distributed, real-time systems
• Cisco contact center platforms and telephony fundamentals
• CX platforms (GECX / Genesys or similar)
• Conversational AI systems (prompt-driven flows, session/state handling)
• API design and event-driven integration patterns
• Experience building integration layers/services (Node.js and/or Python)
• Observability and logging for conversational or real-time systems
