The on-premise landscape in the Netherlands is constantly changing. Consumers, trends, and the hospitality landscape are developing quickly. Red Bull is moving with this by focusing on brand experience, distribution, and visibility. As a Regional On Premise Manager (ROPM), you are responsible for implementing the national on-premise business plan in the South-West Netherlands region (Rotterdam, Breda, to Eindhoven). You manage a driven team of 5 Horeca Account Managers, 2 Work & Study Account Managers and report to the Head of Field Sales. Together, you ensure that Red Bull is not only available, but also genuinely experienced, for example through innovative cocktails on the menu.

You are the face of Red Bull in your region and work daily on growing distribution, sales, execution, and activation within the on-premise channel: hospitality, catering, universities, events, and nightlife.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

As a Regional On Premise Manager, you set the pace in your region. With natural leadership, you build a team culture full of energy, ownership, and results. You keep a sharp eye on what's happening in the market, actively monitor performance, and see opportunities before others do. You're a strong networker in the hospitality industry and understand what's needed to build and maintain sustainable relationships. You move easily within the hospitality network and know how to gather and connect relevant relationships and stakeholders - both internally and externally - to achieve commercial goals.

You organize tight, effective meetings and challenge your team to be well-prepared, proactive, and always one step ahead. At the same time, you live the values of Red Bull every day and are a visible role model within the team and organization. You continuously invest in talent: you bring in the right people, give sales and negotiation training, organize coaching days in the field, and hold weekly 1:1 check-ins with your team. You help them grow and make sure they get the best out of themselves. You also actively build a strong talent pipeline for the future of the On Premise team.

You report to the Head of Field Sales and keep them informed about results, developments, and new opportunities in your region. Together, you ensure that Red Bull remains visible, relevant, and indispensable on the places where it happens - from daytime hospitality to nightlife.

Strategic Execution in the Market

As a Regional On Premise Manager, you are responsible for developing and realizing the regional on-premise business plan. You ensure maximum distribution, visibility, and consumption of Red Bull and build strong, sustainable relationships with key hospitality entrepreneurs and partners in your region.

Together with the marketing team, you work on impactful activations and strong brand experiences. You guarantee a premium execution during events and significant nightlife moments so that Red Bull is visible and relevant on the moments when consumers really experience the brand.

In this role, you combine fieldwork with strategic leadership: about 50% of your time is spent in the field with your team, where you coach, spot opportunities, and strengthen relationships. The other 50% focuses on steering, development, strategy, analysis, and planning to accelerate growth in your region.

Data & Business Management

You always have a sharp eye on what's happening in your region. With dashboards, CRM, and other tools, you analyze market developments and KPIs and translate insights quickly into concrete actions for your team. You keep track of budgets, contracts, and deadlines and ensure that systems, processes, and reports are well organized. At the same time, you help your team to use data smartly, so they can spot opportunities faster and hit their targets. This way, you ensure that insight directly leads to action - and Red Bull continues to grow and win in your region.

  • At least 1 year of management experience and 5 years of work experience in a sales team with demonstrable successes
  • A demonstrable network with key hospitality players in Rotterdam, Breda, and/or Eindhoven is a must
  • You are flexible in both evenings and weekends
  • You are authentic, solution-oriented, efficient, and very entrepreneurial
  • You have a good understanding of the market, sales/distribution, competition, and consumer behavior
  • You are an excellent negotiator with good communication skills and are able to build and maintain good relationships
  • You are numerically strong and have a HBO/WO education
  • You have a valid driving license B and live in the region of this function
