Senior Maintenance Supervisor

As a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. You'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring that equipment is running efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance team to ensure that equipment is running efficiently and effectively
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that equipment is properly maintained
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Communicate with senior management to report on maintenance performance and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $96,720 - $162,120
