Junior Trade Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Junior Trade Marketing Manager to support sales through marketing activities, increasing brand visibility, preparing POS materials, and managing refrigeration equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Effective management of POS materials and durable equipment
• Collaboration with the refrigerator operator and optimization of processes
• Monitoring and control of the quality and quantity of cooperation with the refrigerator operator
• Inventory of refrigeration equipment
• Disposal of Red Bull's fixed assets
• Management of the 'Energy Zone' project
• Diversification of suppliers for cost optimization
• Monitoring orders and distribution of POS materials
• Cooperation with external agencies servicing durable equipment and producing POS materials
• Development of concepts for POS materials and trade marketing activities
• Implementation and monitoring of new trade marketing solutions
• Analysis of the effects of individual activities and investments
• Effective cooperation and communication with the sales force

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Well-developed analytical skills, planning ability, innovation, and effective communication
• Active listening and questioning skills
• Ability to create clear concepts and interpret data
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Driving license category B
• Knowledge of trade marketing tools and specifics of individual sales channels
