Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As a proactive and detail-oriented RazerStore Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fans have the ultimate experience in our stores.
Your responsibilities will include supporting daily store operational matters such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS controls. You will also help maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies.
In addition, you will collaborate with the stores to improve store efficiency and optimize the customer experience. You will participate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contribute to the development and implementation of operational process improvements, and communicate with cross-functional teams to support retail objectives.
As a RazerStore Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in operations management and understand the inner workings of a dynamic tech company. You will also have the opportunity to work with a global team located across 5 continents and gain exposure to cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power Automate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A gamer at heart with a passion for the retail gaming industry
