We are seeking diligent and motivated Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards in a variety of client locations. Your role is vital in ensuring safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environments.
Key responsibilities include: Performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas, restocking consumables as necessary. Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and recycling materials where appropriate. Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting any damages or supply needs. Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times. Communicating effectively with the site management and team members.
Requirements include: Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail and time management skills. Willingness to work flexible hours including possible early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Reliable, trustworthy, and motivated with a strong work ethic. Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning chemicals is an advantage.
