Warehouse Operator

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are shipped accurately and efficiently to customers worldwide.

Your responsibilities include:

• Investigating inventory availability and preparing truckload shipments
• Organizing product containers for final shipping, maintaining proper inventory rotation
• Generating shipping documentation in SAP, including batch numbers and quantities
• Recording shipping transactions in SAP (PRO numbers, freight charges, carrier info)
• Securing and loading box trailers to ensure safe delivery
• Communicating with Customer Service, Inventory Managers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fork truck operation experience
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
• Experience in the chemical/lubricant industry preferred
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus
