Demi Chef de Rang Restaurant Ikarus

We are seeking a Demi Chef de Rang for our Restaurant Ikarus at Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Austria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing expert advice and support to our international guests
• Delivering exceptional beverage and food service according to our internal service standards
• Preparing daily mise en place
• Supporting the Chef de Rangs
• Maintaining high hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Completed culinary training
• Excellent product and specialist knowledge
• Experience in fine dining
• Outstanding communication skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility, reliability, and resilience
• Proficiency in German and English
