Description
In this leadership role, you will oversee the technical aspects of electrical systems for Ford Racing vehicles. The position involves leading a team of electrical integration engineers and ensuring the compatibility of electrical systems from initial layout to assembly plant launch. Your responsibilities will include managing network communications, defining customer requirements for electrical systems interfaces, and developing software plans to support program milestones. You will also be responsible for leveraging the Base Program Electrical Systems teams to establish quality systems and leading the cost and weight targets for CVS Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Automotive OEM program delivery. They should also have strong leadership skills and the ability to work with multiple partners and suppliers.
