Description
Event Gate Guards are responsible for opening the facility gates, signing people into the track, and closing and securing the facility.
Key duties include:
Opening and closing gates of the facility. Greeting all people entering the facility. Requesting all visitors sign waivers. Keeping people out of unauthorized areas. Communicating with Security Managers to relay information about track activity and on-property needs during an event.
Event positions support the Security department during race weeks in April and October.
High school diploma and related experience required. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and willingness to work evenings and weekends and in all types of weather are also necessary.
