Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehab in Atlanta, Georgia.

As a Clinic Director, you will have the opportunity to open and lead a clinic with an ownership path, supported by the systems, resources, and mentorship of an established organization.

Responsibilities:

• Grow, develop, and manage an outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes
• Hire and manage staff
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the clinic
• Manage finances and operations
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for clinic staff

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
• 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care
• Desire to own and run a clinic
• Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist
• Committed to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority
