Description

Figma is growing its team of Account Executives and is looking for a Small Business Account Executive to join its London-based team.

The successful candidate will focus 100% on new customer acquisition, primarily through outbound efforts, and will prioritise regional EMEA accounts to build a strong pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a 360-degree deal cycle and exceeding targets
  • Owning sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce
  • Developing and circulating best practices in a collaboration-first environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • SDR/BDR experience in a pure outbound function
  • AE closing experience
  • Strong written prospecting and verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record of success in previous roles
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
