Description
Figma is growing its team of Account Executives and is looking for a Small Business Account Executive to join its London-based team.
The successful candidate will focus 100% on new customer acquisition, primarily through outbound efforts, and will prioritise regional EMEA accounts to build a strong pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a 360-degree deal cycle and exceeding targets
- Owning sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce
- Developing and circulating best practices in a collaboration-first environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- SDR/BDR experience in a pure outbound function
- AE closing experience
- Strong written prospecting and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of success in previous roles
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
