We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent to join our top-tier team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will have a key role in supporting our players and ensuring they have a seamless gaming experience. This is an exciting chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence!
Your responsibilities will include providing information and processing inquiries about accounts, products, and services, troubleshooting technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications, handling inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and making outgoing calls.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test, and be able to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.
