Event Vehicle Coordinator

The Event Vehicle Coordinator acts as a Red Bull Brand ambassador and face of our brand, responsible for the Red Bull Event Vehicle (EV), a core marketing asset in grassroots, field marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning and executing the schedule for the Event Vehicle across events, sales support, and 'surprise & delight' consumer moments, along with support in programming Event Vehicle content alongside our social media team.

Key areas of responsibility:

• FIELD MARKETING, SPORTS & CULTURE MARKETING
• Maintain the event vehicle's operational performance and appearance
• Implement regional marketing and sales plans around the event vehicle
• Build and update event vehicle music and video content library
• Obtain necessary permits for EV programming
• Manage travel, entertainment, and activation budgets
• Report on event vehicle activity to the Field Marketing Manager and National Event Manager

• RED BULL MEDIA NETWORK
• Collaborate with content and programming teams to identify content opportunities
• Inspire and excite consumers with engaging content featuring the Event Vehicle
• Ensure assets are captured in agreed-upon formats

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
• Proven background in negotiation, partnerships, and budget management
• Excellent understanding of sports and culture landscape within the region
• General knowledge and comfort using and capturing low-fi content on Instagram and TikTok
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle
• Comfortable and adept at driving in on and off-road situations
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal skills with attention to detail
• Strong leadership, initiative, and communications skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Comfortable with substantial road travel
