Insider Risk Specialist

Join Robinhood's Insider Trust Program as an Insider Risk Specialist, protecting the organization from internal risks. You'll investigate complex insider risk matters, conduct risk assessments, and help mitigate threats. Responsibilities include:

• Investigating insider risk matters, including nation-state attempts to influence or exploit trusted insiders
• Gathering evidence and developing investigative hypotheses
• Partnering with stakeholders across Robinhood to support security consultations
• Assessing risks for M&A, strategic initiatives, and new products
• Evaluating third-party vendors and offshore support operations
• Conducting personnel vetting and due diligence
• Analyzing behavioral, technical, and contextual signals to identify emerging insider risk
• Leveraging AI to accelerate investigations and improve decision-making
• Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve investigative workflows

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in insider threat, investigations, analysis, vetting, counterintelligence, internal fraud, or a related investigative discipline
• Strong investigative instincts with experience assessing behavioral, technical, and contextual information
• Experience investigating insider risk involving foreign influence, nation-state activity, or other sophisticated threats
• Excellent critical thinking and sound judgment
• AI fluency, including experience using AI to improve investigations and validate AI-generated outputs

Nice to have:

• Experience in counterintelligence, military intelligence, or Intelligence Community roles
• Experience with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, endpoint telemetry, identity systems, or digital forensics
• Experience working in FinTech or another highly regulated industry
